Bikinis ARE optional, but killin’ it this summer is not.
For your viewing & perusing pleasure, I’ve compiled a list of affordable swimwear options that will keep the
boys on the beach lookin’ back at it – without you wondering what happened to your checking account balance.

After all, who wants to get stressed out while they’re in a bikini? I know I don’t.  That’s an activity we reserve for
when we’re “fully clothed”, mmkay? Like, in work uniforms & shit.

white crochet bandeau bikiniCrochet Bandeau Bikini (AMIClubWear), $17.50

AMI Clubwear is one of the first websites I visit when I’m looking for eclectic, cost-effective clothing & shoes.
While the site title suggests it’s inventory focuses on club attire, their selection goes much further than that – & you
know I have to be telling the truth here, because the chances of you catching me out at a club these days are pretty
slim. Their affordable swimwear selection were the first thing that attracted me to the site – cute options like
this crocheted bandeau bikini, (pictured above), or this brazen, blue sequin number (pictured below).

blue sequin bikiniBlue Sequin Bikini (AMIClubwear), $24.00

AND, this beauty would easily be over $50.00 anywhere else. $24.00 is a steal.
You absolutely cannot beat that price point for a sequin bikini anywhere else, & the quality of their swimsuits is pretty damn good. I’ve bought about 5 different ones from the website, & haven’t been disappointed once. I did have to sew some padding into the cup area though, because the majority of their tops are unpadded. I didn’t want to call attention to the
girls if it got a little breezy outside. However, if you’re ok with showing off your prominent areolas, there will be no judgement passed here, girl.

purple lace bikiniLace Bikini (AMIClubWear) $24.00

^^I also bought two different styles of this bikini. I absolutely LOVE the lace overlay look, & they have a ton of
different colors to choose from (making it super difficult to make a decision, but having options is always good).

Tropical Pattern Bikini (Amazon) $19.99tropical high waist bikini

A problem I run into often with bikini bottoms is that they’re either too small
& my butt cheeks end up on full display, or they’re too large & fall down the minute a wave hits just a little too hard.
I got this bikini on Amazon awhile back, & the bottoms were right on the money size wise. The suit is cute af too with the
palm tree print. For just under $20, that’s a win! Amazon somehow always finds a way to come through with modern
solutions to everyday problems..

high waist swimsuitRetro High Waist Bikini (Amazon) $31.99

For my girls that are blessed with a fuller bust area, this bikini accommodates!
The top provides the right amount of support, & the bottoms offer a flattering fit for
all body types. Plus, that vintage aesthetic = adorbz.

green cut out bikiniCut-Out Bikini (Amazon) $26.99

I LOVE this swimsuit for the days where I’m feeling super lazy (& that happens a lot when
it’s hot af outside, imma be honest).  I don’t have to tie/retie the top or bottom, I can just throw it
on & go, & have zero concerns for the remainder of the time that I’m wearing it.
The little cut-outs on the side also add a lil’ something to the “it” factor. Oh, & $26.99 looks good too.

one piece floral swimsuitFloral One Piece Swimsuit (Amazon) $30.99

^^I did say bikini optional. For the babes who prefer both affordable swimwear AND it coming in one piece..
I bring you the ONLY option I will ever wear. I have not had the best of luck when it comes to one pieces.
They either haven’t fit well, or made me look like I was gearing up for an Olympic event.
All I would’ve needed was the goggles, & the costume would’ve been complete. But THIS ONE
is perfection. I especially like the halter top aspect, because I can tie it to fit. It’s MUCH more comfortable
than the standard straps that come on any of the others.

I wish you all the most relaxing of beach/pool days this summer, & may you always have a beverage in hand that
has an umbrella in it!
