Welcome back babes! I meant to post the end of last week, but as per usual, homegirl is laaaate to the party.

**To be fair, I had a lot to do. I had to study for final exams. There was mental breakdowns to be had. Tears to be shed. Then, I spent some quality time with family. I averaged about two mimosas per day; if applied to my tolerance at age 21, two mimosas meant I could drink like 2-3 more. At age 31, I feel my liver is failing, and I somehow obtained a sunburn.

ANYWWWAYY. I looooved my thrift store haul from last week. Now that we’re getting closer to the summer, I’m really trying to incorporate more colors into my closet because I find myself wearing a lot of black. Not that there’s anything wrong with that necessarily, I looove all black everything – especially because I’m notorious for knocking a martini glass or two into my own damn lap, and black masks the fact that I’m a mess.

Nevertheless, I set out on a mission to add some vibrancy to my wardrobe, and succeeded:

Sweater: Merokeety (Amazon.com)
Original retail price: $20-$40
Amount paid: $1.00
I  tried to find this sweater online to get it’s original retail price, and my search led me to an Amazon seller page.
While I was unahle to locate this exact top, this seller has a lottttt of other clothing for sale. Everything is
within the $20-$40, so check dat out. This sweater was the first one on the rack that caught my eye
and I may or may not have literally yanked it out from in front of an unsuspecting shopper.
*I don’t feel too bad about it.

Sweater: Divided by H&M
Original retail: $30.00
Amount paid: $1.00
I mean how do you NOT get a little spring sweater that matches the color of your grass?
**it also complimented the azalea bush.

Dress: Alternative Apparel <- similar to the one I’m wearing
Original retail: I think $12.00?
Amount paid: $1.00
I really like casual dresses like this one because you know those days where like
you just don’t feel like wearing pants?
..no?

I FUCKING LOVE STATEMENT NECKLACES.
I’m picky when it comes to the colors though because I’ll try to match an entire outfit to every color
IN the statement necklace, and truthfully, it’s time consuming. As I said before, I have shit to do.
BUT THESE BAD BOIS. If blue and coral don’t scream “summer” to you, what color does?
..and before you judge me for getting a black one too, I NEEDED IT.

SEE YOU THURSDAY, CUTIES!
